Flight Details:
Before the flight, we will provide you with:

• Flight number
• Estimated arrival time
• Reference number (for identification)

This way, you can easily track your kitten’s journey. You will pick up your kitten directly at the airport, just like picking up a person, using the reference number.

Shipping Process:

• Air Travel: We prioritize direct, non-stop flights to minimize travel time and avoid any unnecessary layovers. In our experience, this is the best option for keeping the kitten comfortable.
• Kennel Setup: The kittens are shipped in airline-approved, well-ventilated kennels. These kennels are clearly marked with “LIVE ANIMALS” and “UP” stickers. We ensure the kitten has ample food and water to stay hydrated during the trip, including for potential delays.
• Travel Safety: We check the weather conditions at the destination before shipping. We will not ship if conditions are unsafe for the kitten’s well-being.

Arrival:
Once the kitten arrives at the airport, you will pick it up at the designated pet area. You will need the reference number and your identification to retrieve the kitten. We aim for delivery within 5-6 hours of shipping, depending on your location.

Nanny Shipping (Premium Delivery)

For an even more personalized experience, we offer Nanny Shipping. A reliable, experienced pet nanny will fly with your kitten and deliver it directly into your arms. This option provides the safest, least stressful journey for your kitten, as the nanny can provide continuous care and attention throughout the flight. Weather and Health Considerations
