1-Year Kitten Health Guarantee Coverage
Every kitten adopted from Vinzs Smart Kittens Place comes with a 1-year kitten health guarantee. This guarantee confirms that your kitten is healthy at the time of adoption.
If your veterinarian finds a serious pre-existing condition that cannot be treated, we will either replace the kitten or issue a full refund. As a result, you can adopt with confidence and trust.
Veterinary Examination for Kitten Health Guarantee
To activate your kitten health guarantee, your kitten must visit a licensed veterinarian within 10 days of adoption.
If the veterinarian confirms a severe or incurable condition, you must provide:
A written veterinary report on official letterhead
The veterinarian’s stamp or seal
The kitten’s identification band number
Once verified, we promptly replace the kitten or provide a full refund. Therefore, your adoption remains protected.
Health Warranty Protection
In addition to our kitten health guarantee, we also offer a health warranty for extra security.
If a certified veterinarian finds the kitten’s health unsatisfactory shortly after adoption, you may return the kitten with proper documentation. In that case, we will refund the full purchase price. However, veterinary fees and return shipping costs remain the buyer’s responsibility.
In the Event of Death
Although rare, we clearly outline procedures to protect both parties.
If a kitten passes away:
Within 10 days, a veterinary exam must occur within 12 hours
Within 12 days, a necropsy must be completed within 72 hours
If the veterinarian confirms a congenital or viral condition that existed before adoption, we will replace the kitten or issue a full refund.
Kitten Health Guarantee Exclusions and Conditions
Our kitten health guarantee does not cover:
Veterinary or necropsy costs
Shipping or return expenses
Health issues caused after adoption
Additionally, removing the identification band voids the guarantee. If removal is necessary, the veterinarian must document the band number and reason in writing.
