How to Reserve Your Kitten at Vinzs Smart Kitten’s Place
We’re thrilled that you’re interested in bringing home one of our beautiful kittens or other breeds! Below is a detailed guide on how to reserve your kitten, the process, and all necessary fees. Our goal is to make the process as smooth and clear as possible for you.
Step 1: Initial Reservation & Fixed Deposit
- To secure your kitten, a non-refundable $350 fixed deposit is required. This deposit is part of the total cost and ensures that the kitten will be reserved specifically for you for a period of 31 days Maximum.
- After receiving the deposit, you’ll receive a reservation confirmation email containing the kitten’s details, your reservation number, and the balance remaining to be paid before shipping.
Step 2: Reservation Confirmation
Once your deposit is received:
- Confirmation Email: You will receive a confirmation email with details about the kitten (breed, age, etc.), and your reserved kitten’s ID.
- Reservation Period: The kitten will be reserved for 31 days starting from the time we receive your deposit. During this period, you have the option to either pay the balance or withdraw from the reservation.
- Kitten Health and Care: We will ensure that your kitten undergoes all necessary vaccinations, deworming, and a health check before finalizing the shipment.
Step 3: Final Payment
- Remaining Balance: The remaining balance for the kitten and associated fees must be paid within the 14-day reservation period.
- Payment Instructions: After the 31-day reservation period, you will receive an email with the payment instructions. This will include the remaining balance of the kitten price, as well as any additional costs like shipping, flight fees, or special services (e.g., grooming, vaccinations, etc.).
- Final Payment Deadline: The balance should be paid before the kitten is shipped. If payment is not received in time, the reservation may be canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded.
Step 4: Flight Arrangement & Delivery
- Flight Fee: The flight fee will vary depending on your location. Once you confirm the final payment, we will provide you with the exact flight costs.
- Pick-Up Option: If you live near our facility or prefer to meet your kitten in person, you can arrange for an in-person pick-up at no additional cost.
- Delivery Option: If you choose home delivery, we will arrange the flight and transportation for your kitten. The flight and delivery fees will be added to the final balance.
- Shipping Details: We will provide you with tracking information once the kitten has been dispatched and is on its way to you.
Reservation Fees Breakdown
- Fixed Deposit: $350 (non-refundable deposit)
- Kitten Price: $700
- Flight Fee: Based on location, typically ranges from $170 to $500.
- Pick-Up Fee: None, if you choose in-person pick-up.
- Additional Services: If applicable (grooming, vaccinations, special care), prices will be provided.
Pick-Up Arrangements
- In-Person Pick-Up: If you live near our location or want to visit the facility, you may pick up your kitten directly. No extra fees will apply.
- Home Delivery: If you prefer delivery to your home, we will arrange a safe and secure flight for your kitten. The shipping fee is calculated based on your location.
Modes of Payment
We accept a variety of payment options for both the deposit and final balance. Choose the method that is most convenient for you:
- Bank Transfer (Preferred option for large payments)
- Visa/Debit Card (Apple Pay, Chime, American Express Card, Zelle, etc.)
- PayPal
- Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum)
- Cash (Only accepted for in-person transactions at the facility)
Please note that all payments should be made in USD.
How to Reserve Your Kitten
- Complete the Reservation Form: Fill out our online Application form with your contact details and the kitten you wish to reserve.
- Submit Your Deposit: Pay the $350 fixed deposit using one of the available payment methods.
- Reservation Confirmation: Once the deposit is received, we will send you a confirmation email.
- Pay Remaining Balance: Within the next 31 days, pay the remaining balance.
- Kitten Shipment: Upon receiving the final payment, we will arrange for the delivery of your kitten via flight or schedule an in-person pick-up.
- Final Update: You will receive tracking details and updates on the shipment process until your kitten safely arrives at your home.
Important Notes
- Non-Refundable Deposit: The $350 deposit is non-refundable, except in cases where the kitten is unavailable or unhealthy at the time of shipping.
- Health Guarantee: All our kittens come with a health guarantee. If any issues are identified, we will work with you to find a solution.
- 31-Day Reservation Period: If you do not complete the payment within 31 days, your reservation may be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
